MEET MOLLIE ROPER
Director
A Formidable and Compassionate Advocate
Mollie is the Director of Roper Legal and a highly experienced criminal lawyer with almost 15 years of experience in Criminal Law, Traffic Law and Domestic Violence matters.
Mollie completed her secondary education in Victoria, graduating with Academic Honours. She subsequently relocated to the Gold Coast after being awarded the prestigious Dean's Scholarship for Academic Excellence at Bond University. She completed her Bachelor of Laws through Bond University's accelerated program before undertaking her Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice.
Mollie commenced her legal career with a boutique criminal law firm on the Gold Coast and has since dedicated her practice exclusively to criminal defence, traffic and domestic violence matters. Mollie has a wealth of experience in dealing with simple traffic matters to more serious and complex criminal matters such as white-collar crime, contempt, drug trafficking and murder. Mollie also has experience in quasi-criminal matters including investigative hearings and criminal confiscations matters.
In 2025 Mollie was recognised by Doyle’s Guide as of one Queensland’s recommended traffic and DUI lawyers.
As Director of Roper Legal, Mollie is committed to providing strategic and pragmatic advice. Known as a formidable and compassionate advocate, she strives to achieve the best possible outcomes for her clients while guiding them through what are often some of the most challenging periods of their lives.
